San Jose Sprinter Van Repair

The fan on my heater went out just before returning home and having to drive over Donner’s pass. A heater is mandatory to keep the windshield defrosted. On a weekend,Zoran told me he could fix it, sourced the fan blower motor and had my van functional in a couple of hours. He showed me how they knew it wasn’t a wiring problem and the mechanic showed the voltage arriving at the blower as 12-13 volts. The motor on the blower was barely able to turn by hand force. He replaced it and a massive problem was fixed! Thanks for helping us!

If you need sprinter help, this is your one stop for everything! Zoran is the best, you don't need an appointment, just come on by and ask for him. You can try calling but better in person. He even did body work on my rig and painted it better than it looked when it was made! Highly recommend! I have also had many repairs under the hood from him as well - he takes such good care of his clients. If you want a friend who works on your rig and explain everything to you he is patient and will share the repair process with you.

We were passing through from Portland to Southern California and had a check engine light come on for a 2023 van. We called the shop to see if it was possible to accommodate an evaluation and were directed to the local Mercedes sprinter shop, which was able to identify a non-drivetrain/vehicle issue along us to continue on our way. This was both expeditious and saved us money as the vehicle is still under warranty. Any Sprinter owner looking for straight shooter should look here first.
