I came here to pick up a car for delivery to another city. They made me wait for 3 hours, said they were busy and did not answer calls. I was forced to block the bus lane, they knew this and did nothing to give me the car. I wasted a lot of time with them. I do not recommend dealing with them.

Do not go here if you have a quote from TrueCar linking you to the dealership. They will reassess the offer and will not honor it even if the vehicle is exactly as described. I waited around for 1 hr for them to assess my vehicle (they did not have working internet when I arrived). After that process, when I asked why there was such a big difference in the offers, they were very condescending. They could describe nothing wrong with my car but just stated they believed the market conditions were different than true car did. That’s fine but then don’t take inbound sales from truecar! Waste of time, the worst dealership I’ve been to in the Bay Area.

We had a great experience with San Mateo Auto Sales! Inanc & Brandon were very easy to communicate with and they answered all the questions we had prior scheduling appointment. The car was in great shape just like advertised and our son is very happy with the purchase. I rarely write any reviews but I felt like these guys deserves more than 5 stars!

Paid off vehicle in 2022 from an in house finance but never recieved the title. I now live in Ga and I can't get my vehicle registered without the title, however, when I attempt to go through CA DMV, I'm told there's a Lien on the vehicle?! How? Nobody will answer nor call me back. I'm beyond pissed and Feto is the only reason I am not taking legal action, but I need answers.

Read the bad reviews, this place has a curse. The first time the car was driven for more than 30min the engine started shaking violently. This was about 1000 miles after purchase. Called the dealer several times but they never responded. It took the Mini dealer 3 tries to figure out the top half of the engine is just bad, new cylinder head needed and $6000 quotes from most mechanics to fix this. This dealer made my wife cry for asking too many questions (it was her first car purchase from a dealer). They sold her the car but immediately ghosted her on connecting her with their recommended mechanics to fix a few to dos.
