I can't say enough good things about the Sanderlins. I had left Jacksonville Florida early on a Monday morning and I was just short of Savanah Georgia when my temp Guage in my truck went completely dead. Then my computer on the dash told me the engine was hot so I immediately pulled over. At that point it was around 7:30 in the morning and I went to Google for a mechanic nearby. Sanderlins happened to be on the top of the list, and for good reason. I called and no answer, called again, and again, at the fourth call Billy answered. He was obviously very busy opening his shop on a Monday morning, I apologized for being so persistent with the calls and he said he figured he should pickup the phone before I ran out of quarters 😅😅. I’m so glad I found Mr. Sanderlin! Since I’m not from the area, I was nervous about taking my car anywhere and worried about being overcharged for something small. But the moment I met him, I felt completely at ease. Even though the issue with my car ended up being bigger than what he could handle, I knew my car was in good hands. What stood out the most was that he truly cared about me and my vehicle—not just the money. THE ONLY SERVICE AND REPAIR SHOP TO VISIT IN THE SAVANNAH AREA!!! Billy and his wife and their team are the absolute best!! Scrupulously honest and very helpful and you can’t beat their prices on top of all that! If you have a child going to college in the Savannah area, you need to have Sanderlin’s as their go-to resource for service and repair. You will rest easy at night knowing they will be well cared for. I was visiting my daughter from way out of town and needed an emergency repair. They not only did the work right away, they charged me less for the entire job than a simple diagnostic fee would have been at home. These are GOOD PEOPLE. Billy at Sanderlin's Automotive is one of the very few and far between honest mechanics. I came to him thinking I had a major issue with my breaks that was going to cost me $100's, he could have taken advantage of me and my lack of knowledge regarding my vehicle. Instead he was honest and the issue with my breaks ended up being just a lose hose. He opened my hood, checked it out, reattached the hose, and that was it. He didn't even charge me. 🥺🙏🏼 What a blessing! I will never take my vehicles anywhere else as long as I'm living in Savannah! I HIGHLY recommend you too not trusting anyone else, but Sanderlin's with your vehicles! I'm so greatful to have found this man and his shop! Thank you, Billy!
