Sanderson Auto Repair

I was driving across country and was outside Albert Lea when my fuel pump quit at the end of the day. Sanderson Auto Repair was able to start on my vehicle the next morning and had me on the road by mid-day. From start to finish the experience was fantastic. Everyone I met there was as nice as they come. Thank you Aaron, Brandon and Luke. I appreciate all the help.

Highly recommend Sanderson Auto Repair. Although they didnt do any repairs on my vehicle, they absolutely took care of me with short term storage needs after a highway breakdown. Being from out of state, it allowed me to get back on the road the next day. Thank you for the amazing customer service. Highly recommend.

I live out of state and had Sanderson do a pre purchase inspection on a Truck I was going to purchase nearby and have shipped to me. I was astonished at how inexpensive this was, but was assured they would be thorough. The amount of stuff these guys missed has cost me thousands so far on top of what the dealer themselves found that Sanderson didn’t, and I unfortunately can’t afford to fix what’s left wrong with this truck. I wish they’d charge more and be more thorough - what seemed like a good deed to me at the time has now cost me and my family dearly. Used vehicles are “as is” in Minnesota so I have no recourse. I cannot say enough about the great service we received from John and Sanderson Auto Repair! Our daughter accidentally filled her tank with the incorrect gas on her way back to college and had to pull off at the travel center in Albert Lea at night. The next day I called Sanderson Auto Repair and spoke with John who said he could look at her vehicle that same day and boy did they deliver. We were able to get the vehicle towed thanks to T&W Towing and they were able to fix her vehicle by that afternoon to get her back to college. We so appreciated their kind and generous efforts!
