Hi I have a monthly pass on my car and might be cancelling. I try to wash my car on my way to work a few times a week. I pass by at about 7:10-7:17a.m and all week they have been closed. They are supposed to open at 7am. This is no way to run a business. If you open at 7 the gate must be rolled up at 7. I also noticed that one of the men that works there didn’t scrub my old 1990’s car but the Lexus got a very thorough scrub down. Please open at 7 if that is the correct time.
Ran car thru and notice the brushes didn’t touch the real of vehicle. Got with attendant let him know, ran it thru again still same thing not clean on rear of vehicle. Will go back if they fix their equipment so it will clean the whole vehicle
recently took in my truck and didn’t even remove the bird poop off of it, don’t recommend.
