Saratoga Honda is not your average dealership. I’ve been a customer at Saratoga Honda since I bought my first car from them, and have witnessed the many positive changes and growth of the dealership over the years. I think the service team (from the staff that check-in your car, to the service advisors to the mechanics, and all who are involved in making things run smoothly) genuinely try to do their best every time. A few highlights: Their multi-point inspection videos of your car during your appointment review any concerns and recommendations from the mechanics; that transparency and the explanations are so valuable to me. The waiting room is comfortable, and it’s easy to work on your laptop or enjoy a coffee and snack while you wait. Their estimated times are generally pretty accurate.
