I have taken my car here and in less than a month they have charged me and warranty company over $1700.00. The second time I was told I needed an oxygen sensor . When picked the car up half way down the road the engine light came back on Car was isilibg very high and I could have smelled gas this was all going after my oxygen sensor was changed . They said bring it back and we look at it I took the cars back and they had it back there for two hours . I walked outside and asked what was taking so long . I went back in the guy that was working in my car literally up a cigarette like he was very worry over there huffy and puffy the cigarette while talking to his boss and the girl and him with there back to me were whisper . Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. Scheduling my appointment was easy and I was in and out in less than an hour. The waiting room is cozy and had a comfortable seat while I waited.

Never did I think this shop would be so dishonest. This shop had been referred to me by several friends as an honest, hardworking shop and I was sorely disappointed. They did a bad oil change and never secured the engine oil fill cap which nearly cost me my engine and wouldn’t even pay for the full cost of the oil! I had to go to another shop just to fix what they did wrong! They refused to admit their mistake and used backhand tactics to avoid any responsibility. If I could give this shop a 0/5 I would. If you value your car then don’t go to this shop.

Some of the most honest and trustworthy people I have dealt with! Great service and great prices!

EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER: We did not take it to any mechanic prior to bringing it to Sarks. I did not call Kia until after your business tried to overcharge me by $300+. Replacing the bulbs at Kia did not involve removing the front of the car and I apologize that your techs didn't know that. The receptionist even told us what app they were using to figure out how to do the job, and that the labor hours suggested by this app were always more than necessary. You can lie to the public and to Google, but you will not lie to me. Your lack of professionalism and expertise is very clear in your other responses to unhappy customers. Lastly, I am not your dear. I called Sarks' needing my headlight bulbs changed after a recommendation from my father. I arrived with the bulbs in hand and I called ah
