I have known Rodger and have been going to him for my car repairs and maintenance for nearly 15 years. He goes out of his way to save me money every chance he gets and I appreciate that very much. TLDR; Avoid this shop, bolts not tightened, owner and techs talk smack about you, bad communication I took my truck to get a transmission put in. For starters, I'm pretty mechanically inclined and do most of my own work, however I did not have some specialty tools or equipment to do the job so I took my truck here. I called and was told I could bring my truck in on Tuesday, which was about 5 days after my intial call. When I brought it in, I asked about a timeline to which they told me a week and a half. Okay, no problem as I wasn't in a huge rush. What really puts me off about this shop is the customer service. When asked about some hardware, I said I might have lost some bolts and they can just replace them. To which they rolled their eyes VERY blatantly after I said that and sighed.

Amazing experience! Came from out of town and my brake pump went out on me. Called these guys and got it fixed in 3 hours same day. Would probably make this my auto shop of choice if I didn’t live so far away.

This auto repair shop is amazing ! Roger really took care of me because my brakes were giving out ! They were able to get my car in, diagnosed and repaired it all in the same day and they were also attentive and honest.
