I chose Victory Car Care because they came highly recommended and were supposed to be reputable. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. My car was barely able to drive over 10 miles and was burning fuel quickly. After a diagnostic, I was told the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. I trusted Victory Car Care to fix the issue and paid to have the catalytic converter replaced, expecting the problem to be resolved. One year and two days later, my check engine light came on again. I took my car to the dealership for a diagnostic, thinking it might be related to a recall. I can tell you that this shop is very professional and trust worthy I ran into issues and what another shop couldn't do they did in hours. I have had multiple vehicles serviced by them for several years, and it has always been a great experience. After they replaced the brakes on the most recent service, my truck was making noise when braking that was not there before. They stood by their work and continued to service the truck until the issue was corrected. Will be back for further services and continue to recommend them.

First time in for an oil change on my VW, the engine inspection light was on but only budgeted for one service. After service, both lights were off and my car rode great after. Took great care of me and my car, everyone was kind especially the receptionists. They stay busy but never let you feel like they are too busy for you. I will be coming here again!

I have been a loyal customer for well over a decade. I always found their service and prices very good and never felt I was being taken or having needed repairs done they were not necessary. My feelings towards the shop first came with a huge price increase in having an oil change and tire rotation. This occurred in a six month period. I let that go because prices go up on everything and they do need to profit to stay in business. The real shock came when I got an estimate to have my front struts replaced on my 2006 Honda Element with two minor parts connecting the struts to the sway bar, cost was $35 for those two parts. The entire estimate was just under $1,800.00. I just about crapped my pants. That was double what cost me to have all four replaced seven years earlier. Now to be fair
