Savannah Toyota Service Center

Came in to fix a damaged drivers side mirror on the wife’s RAV4 and was blown away by the service of this shop. From start to finish, the staff is very friendly and ensures you are always taken care of. You pull up into a drive through style lane where the staff greats you and checks you into your appointment . Once inside, they’ll let you out to join the waiting room as they drive your vehicle to the back to get serviced. The waiting area is located inside the building and has plenty of seating by a tv to pass time. Will certainly be back and will even consider purchasing our next Toyota from this location!

The staff at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful. My ASM, Donna, had a great sense of humor and made the experience a memorable one. I was traveling through town and they treated me as though I had been a customer there for years. Don’t hesitate to use the dealership. This is a first class operation!

My service advisor is great. However, the actual service could improve some. I had to come back because I had an oil leak after an oil change. Something was missed but they corrected it with no charge, thanks to my service advisor. I do prefer them over Chatham Toyota.

Friday 11/07/2025, 0730 appointment for oil change, tire rotation, back up camera intermittent. My service tech was TRICIA. They completed the requested tasks and I bought a new Lifetime replacement battery. TRICIA took good care of me and I also got to meet Bryan, the service manager. My replacement back up camera is on order and TRICIA said she will call me when it comes in. I have no complaints and will be bringing my car back when needed. I bought my car there and have never taken it anywhere else. Wait areas are great with snacks etc. I wish they had steak and cheese subs and breakfast omelets :) BTW, I just heard that there has been a re-call on a million Toyota back up cameras.???

To make a long story short, Savannah Toyota sold me a car with a faulty tire valve and then tried to charge me $200, claiming my tire kept going flat because I hit a “road hazard” — even though I didn’t, and I had brought the car back less than 24 hours after buying it. They said they couldn’t find anything wrong with the tire but insisted it was my fault and I pay for a new tire. What really happened was that the tire valve was defective when I brought the car and they couldn’t figure out the issue. I was also told contradictory things — one minute the service girl said it would be covered, and 10 minutes later she said I’d have to pay. They went as far to bring out my finance guy to tell me I didn't buy the road hazard insurance although that was not the problem. Further trying to blame
