Sawyer Automotive

Mason was an absolute delight. I had already spoken to him on the phone the day before my appointment, was a tad early and when I arrived, it was like we were old friends. Everyone there was attentive, friendly and professional. I brought my daughter's car in to be inspected and they not only took me earlier than scheduled, but completed everything within 30 minutes and provided feedback of upcoming needs for the vehicle. I highly recommend this garage. They were efficient, courteous, inviting and professional.

Extremely happy with the service here. They replaced a fuel pump for me and later did a full inspection and oil change and checked out a leaking tire for me. Super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. If you need work done in Suffolk, I highly recommend Sawyer.

I have been going to Sawyer Automotive for years! Earl and his son Mason are wonderful to work with. They are honest, professional, and always so kind…they truly care about their customers!

Great service, very knowledgeable, and would recommend to anyone needing automotive service.

I went in for an inspection and was told he could get me in at 1pm. I came back at 1pm and they started on my car. I was greeted both times and treated nicely. The gentleman that helped me was nice and kept me updated with the process. He didn’t try to upsell me on anything. He just told me I couldn’t pass my inspection without the light being lit for the license plate. So I got that! He said he tried to tap it to come on first but that didn’t work. I like that because he tried to save me a coin or two! I recommend this place for the quickness, friendly staff, and ease of service. They have a waiting room and that was clean.
