I brought my vehicle in, along with a new water pump and coolant first thing on a Saturday morning with no prior appointment. They were able to fit me in their schedule and got my vehicle fixed in just a few hours. Only charged about $200 too! They saved us from being stranded for the weekend.

Dropped my truck off on Monday morning, they called me said the starter needed replaced. Paid $500 to replace the starter, when I picked my truck up it still wouldn’t start. I was told they will look into it more and call me in the morning. Never called me so I had to keep calling them getting updates. Was told it was a fuse box and wiring harness, said he ordered the part. After calling day after day being told he was putting the part on it be ready in 2 hours, only to never receive a call I had to go up there after having my truck for a week to get it. My truck was parked in the exact same spot it wasn’t worked on at all. I was told the part he ordered to fix it on Tuesday was the wrong part even though he told me Thursday he was working on it right now and it would be finished in 2 hour
