Scarborough Car Wash

Loved this car wash up until now. I even purchased a membership when I moved to the area, a year ago, as the car wash is literally right next door to me. But now I am very disappointed due to their equipment knocking the cover off my side mirror and breaking it. When I called to speak to someone, I was given some smart ass answer about advising customers to turn the mirrors inward. Newsflash, not all mirrors turn in— my mirrors are electric and I've tried. So let's try NOT making it the customer's fault when YOUR equipment causes damage. I was also told that they most likely would not do anything about it, so needless to say, membership canceled.

The very best car wash in Waxahachie, TX! I’ve been several times now and I won’t go anywhere else. The wash gets all the grime and gunk off your car without streaks and the vacuums are powerful enough to suck a golf ball through a water hose. I’ll be a customer for life, just don’t change a thing.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Scarborough car wash! The staff was all welcoming, friendly, professional and helped to create a great experience. I came through with an awfully Mud covered and dirty Jeep and asked if there would be a problem and the staff ensured me they would take great care of my Jeep. The car wash did its best job it could to clean up the Jeep but I think the coating of Mid was just a bit too much yet still came out much, much cleaner than before! The facility is immaculately clean and the free vacuum/air is an excellent bonus feature after the wash. I will definitely be back again, not a monthly membership just because I don’t mind my Jeep muddy/dirty most of the time from off-roading but will use Scarborough car wash again and have/will recommend this wash to ever

I really liked this place when i used it and i hate that i am having to resort to leaving a review like this but HEY GUYS CAN I GET SOME COMMUNICATION! I have been trying to cancel my membership since I moved away. But no one answers the phone and there is no option to cancel my membership on the website. Kind of annoyed I even drove all the way out there to see if i can ask one of the guys working and the kid told me to call. And i see on other reviews where there have been similar revies and the customers are told to reach out directly to get this resolved... how...

So I received a text message about the Haunted Tunnel experience that gets you a free wash and nice scare. But upon arrival last night on 10-4-25 around 8:30 pm they were closed! The text said it's going on all October long from S-Thurs 6pm-8pm and Fri-Sat 6pm-10pm. And when we went last night on a Saturday it was closed smh! I've been to this carwash before and their rollers dented my front license plate pretty badly to where I said if I was to come back I was going to remove it which I was prepared to do last night but to no avail. If they're not going to honor the Halloween services DON'T advertise them in text!!😡
