I had a great experience. It's not fun needing body work done to your car but the staff was very friendly, it was a very welcoming atmosphere and we received great customer service. Jeff was our guy and he was very communicative, prompt, and kind. The process was very easy. No complaints whatsoever, definitely will be back if ever need be!

Schaefer knows me by name now 😅 they’re the most professional body shop I have worked with. They always take good care of me and it’s nice talking to a service company that does try and upsell you and speaks to you like a human. Katie at the front desk is always awesome and helpful and Jeff who worked on my Ridgeline and Honda Accord has done a great job every time. I work for a Honda dealership so I know what good customer service looks like and I won’t go anywhere else other than Schaefer.

Schaefer O’Fallon was amazing to work with. My husband was rear-ended, and the other insurance company was difficult to work with. Mike J really fought for us, and he also made sure that the replacement parts were in excellent condition (they had to send a part back twice). We are very pleased with the work and the service!

The service was great and the car looks like new. The repair took longer than we hoped for but those things are expected with the amount of repair that was necessary. The inside was cleaned very well which we didn’t expect so that was nice surprise. Overall they did a wonderful job!
