I've used Schmitt many times, and every time they have exceeded my expectations. Walking in, as a single woman, I know I can trust what they tell me, and they have always fixed my vehicle correctly the first time - and always in line with (or below) their estimate. 10 out of 10!

They put the wrong exhaust on my vehicle and it melted my bumper. I took it in to show them and got laughed at when I asked if they were going to replace my bumper. So so had to replace a piece and it will cost more the next time I need my exhaust replaced.

Yes, they use paper when making reservations. I like that. I think they are the best. From replacing tires and changing oil to fixing electrical isses, they've done excellent work on my Orange Prius C and Nissan Versa. Very trustworthy and down-to-earth. Highly recommend.

The people could not have been nicer or more helpful. I was in town visiting because my child is at the Mayo Clinic and my Toyota was having a window issue. I called first and they said they could take a look at it in 30 minutes. By my description on the phone they initially diagnosed a window regulator issue. Brought my car in and Tim, the owner, and the other mechanics were friendly and welcoming. They looked at my car, said they wanted to take a few things off to look at it more closely before ordering a part. 30 minutes later my vehicle is out front, window fixed for just a 30 minute labor charge. Amazing. Can't recommend this auto shop enough.
