I bought a 2019 Freightliner Cascadia from this branch and had a terrible experience. The dealer knowingly fitted recapped tires, failed to provide any service history, and presented a DOT inspection that appears fraudulent. Problems started immediately after leaving the yard — brake failures, injector and fuel-pump issues, and a bad kingpin. This truck needed major investment and, in my view, was sold as little more than a body. I strongly advise against buying from this dealer unless you want to end up selling the truck at auction later.

I just purchased a truck from this location with and once I left the OC for about a 100 miles I lost the AC and when I got home the next day I tried to turn on the truck but it didn’t start and it was asking to prime the truck so I did it and after a rough start, the fuel filter case started to leak diesel very bad so I contacted Zack the sales man and he told me to take it to the nearest OC in Indiana which is 250 miles away from my location but when I told him the truck is leaking diesel and I can’t drive it, he said take it to a mechanic and bring me an estimate. I took it to the nearest mechanic and I provided Zack with the estimate of the repair he said the manager refused to fix outside and that I had to drive it to one of their facilities. I leased a 2016 KW T680 and I love it! It has an automatic transmission. In addition to that it has an APU and bunk heater. The interior was superbly cleaned and sanitized. Also it packs a 455Hp Paccar engine which has more than enough power to get any job done. I would definitely recommend any serious trucker who cares about his bottom line to check them out to see just what they have to offer.
