Schow's Truck Center

Schows had our truck over a month to go through it to see what the issues might be prior to putting it to work. We took the truck to Boise and coming back it blew oil everyplace, they said it was the plan seal so they replaced it, we took it to Boise a second time and sure enough blew oil everyplace again. I suggested to Zac could it be the Blow By Filter? They said it was and replaced it. We then drove it 12 miles to Idaho Falls “NOT Loaded” and th engine seized. I honestly do not think they looked the truck over but charged us for it. I’ve left 4 messages for the Owner and to this day have yet to receive a return call. I feel it’s all lip service and they don’t do deep dives on repairs and frankly don’t care of the quality work they do. . I wasn’t asking for perfect but a litt

Great service, friendly staff, and very nice and clean waiting room! We went in for an alignment and king pins replacement, they also changed a warped brake drum. They took good care of us, the staff is very helpful and friendly. They are honest and reasonably priced. We feel lucky we found this shop and that they were able to work on our bus! I had a pretty good experience with their Service and Parts people on my Sterling a couple years ago. They did a quick diagnosis for me, but couldn't fit the job in as they were already booked and I had only called a few hours earlier from up the road. They did however make arrangements with another shop in Pocatello to do the work at my suggestion. In retrospect, I should have just waited for these guys to do the job as their training is up to date and the job got complicated real fast and would likely have gone much faster in their hands.

Took such good care of us on an extensive brake job for our RV. They saved us upwards of $2000 by diligently researching for an appropriate solution to our problem. Got us in and taken care of as quickly as possible. They were honest, professional and smart.

This has been a little late coming but it is none the less sincere and thankful. A few months ago, I was headed to Canada on a Monday morning and blew an injector on Monida pass. I immediately turned around and headed back to Idaho Falls making numerous phone calls on the way. No one I tried could even look at it same day and some told me they were a week out.
