I received excellent service from this dealership. They were communicative, professional, helpful, and they genuinely care about their customers. A special thanks goes to Sonny. I’ve never received such genuine care, kindness, and respect from any other car dealership representative like I’ve received from Sonny. I’m so grateful for his and everyone else at Schumacher Chevrolet Clifton’s help.

I have been going to Schumacher Chevrolet in Clifton since 2016. My service experience was very poor. I had warranty work performed and it took over 1 month to make the repair. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle it looked as though it sat outside for a month. No effort made to clean it. A couple days later I noticed the car was reassembled poorly. When I called, the service person told me the part is known to be defective from the factory. I took the vehicle back for repair. I left it there and again, I was told it was repaired. Again the part was installed wrong. I left the car there and noticed the paint on one of the doors was scratched from possibly the lift. I took video when I dropped the car off and when I went to pick it up and they were new scratches caused by the technicians. d

They are rude, disrespectful, and liars!!! I bought a brand 2025 in September of 2024 and within days it started messing up. Fast forward to now in 2026 the car still having the same issues and they are not trying to take it back instead they want me to spend for money getting another vehicle or wait more time as they tried to fix it!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!! Even the new cars are trouble
