ScrubaDub Car Wash (Biddeford)

You guys are way too aggressive with trying to get people to do the unlimited plan. The guy at the pay terminal today was way too pushy and straight up rude. The guy doing the wash wasn't much better and barely even hosed my car. I mentioned: “I don’t really want to do another monthly bill right now I can’t really swing it but thank you” and the guy’s response: “well It’s only another dollar so if you can’t swing that you probably can’t swing your wash today.” Not sure if he was trying to be funny but I don’t really need to get into a debate when just trying to get my car washed. Thus is usually my go-too place and I don’t know if there was a staff change recently but I didn’t really care for this. Would recommend going elsewhere. This was specifically the team at 2/27 around 11AM

I visited the Biddeford location for a car wash today, chose the highest wash/package. After leaving and arriving home i inspected my vehicle and the back of my car was still covered in salt, dirt and debris. The wheel wells were barely touched. I understand it won’t be perfect, but paying close to 30$ and it seemingly didn’t wash the majority of my vehicle is very disappointing. I’d rather use a self service wash for half the price.

Very disappointed in this service I received today. I paid $20 to get my car washed and the back of my car was barely touched and still has dirt and dust. The water never ran down the back of the car. They never sprayed it with a hose, they just were too busy chitchatting with somebody instead of paying attention to giving good service very disappointed. !!

ScrubaDub Biddeford does a great job at keeping my vehicles looking clean and new everyday! The manager, Andrew goes above and beyond with my vehicle getting the wheel wells, toneau cover, behind the window rack and even cleans my floor mats while I’m using their free vacuums! I have the unlimited plan for both my trucks and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I’ve been coming to this car wash for three years, and would not go anywhere else! The staff is amazing, everyone of them they’re polite, respectful, today Aiden even did a little extra because I asked him to use the power sprayer on my wheels! He very graciously said we are happy to do it anytime you ask! This is a well run, efficient, well staffed operation! Best car wash around!!
