ScrubaDub Car Wash (Shrewsbury)

This was my first time trying Scrub-a-Dub, and I’m very disappointed. I asked the staff which wash works best and was recommended The Works ($21 one-time wash). Honestly, it was a complete waste of money. The machines, brushes, and sponges did a terrible job. The bugs on my front and rear bumper weren’t cleaned at all; they just got wet and stayed the same. For $21, I expected at least a decent wash, but this didn’t even meet basic standards. Definitely not worth it.

Very good wash quality ! I tried couple other washes too but scrub n dub is very good amongst competitors! Even something happened with my car during wash but the Menagment fully cooperates and Jon manager dealt with me kindly and professionally! They helped me fully and very professionally! Jon is an Excellent manager , very good problem solver I have ever seen and whole team is very good too I strongly recommend this location !

This was my first time here. We bought the upgraded wash that did undercarriage and wheels. A) vacuums after are not included. That was crazy & the vacuums were not great. We had to bust out our shop vac when we got home to finish picking up the remaining sand/salt from the floor mats. B) the wash: out didn't get the snow off by the mirrors, or the side windows. The brushes did not get the side panels on the doors- literally left steaks of dusty dirt. The back window was not clean at all. The wheels were not "shined" or even very clean. Really disappointed.

I have mixed feelings about this service. First, it looks like the place is being run by children, some of the attendants look very young. About the wash. I was trying to clean my wife's Volvo station wagon. They gave me a nice plastic sleeve to cover a rear wiper, but when I came back home, I discovered that the whole rear of the car (back door) wasn't washed. It never happened at other car washes. I don't know if there is a programming issue or setup, but it needs to be fixed. I'm curious if any SUV drivers have experienced similar issues.
