Overall the service was amazing and my car got clean. However, my usual car wash spot in Sacramento charges less than half and they do tire service and wipe down the car with towels. I was left with watermarks which I did not appreciate. The location is also not the best, many potholes. But probably the best in Chico! The membership system is a good idea if you’re a local.

Been there a handful of times. First time, great. Last few times were sloppy. Missed a lot of the interior. Drippy spots of vinyl cleaner not wiped in. Didn’t wipe down the console, etc, etc…$50 down the drain.

Update to my last review: I was contacted within an hour or less of my review and spoken to by the manager and asked if there was anything they could do to fix this situation. They agreed to take me this morning to finish off the job, turns out there was a minor miscommunication and there’s no true fault here. They did a phenomenal job on the final detail, very pleased and their customer service and ability to rectify concerns is phenomenal. Thanks again, Scrubbs team! My car feels brand new again ✨

This used to be favorite place to get our cars washed! I had to ask the people washing it to do my back window (she seemed put out) it wasn't touched! Mind you I had the deluxe inside and out 55.00 service :-( missed spots on my dash? I'd rather do the pull through!

Paid for their top car wash package and the inside of my car to be detailed. When I got home I found they didn't touch half the inside of the car, rear floor mats were untouched, car was barely vacuumed and didn't even touch my rear winds
