Sean put inner and outer Tie Rods on for me at my house for a very reasonable and fair price on a 2013 Chevy Caprice PPV. The outer tie rods I purchased were too long so after putting them on, and taking them back off again, it was late, so he offered to come back in the morning for free and install the extra set of replacement ones I thankfully had on hand. He wasn't going to leave me stranded and worked hard, and had a whole professional set of tools. He does this part time, so he came after work the first day and before work the next day. He's trustworthy and showed mutual trust by leaving his tools here overnight. I paid him for the extra hour anyways the next day he came to finish putting the tie rods on, even though he offered to do it for free and didn't ask for it. I'm very happy
