From the very beginning, it’s been a pleasure to work with everyone at Sea port!! Found the car we have been looking for at Sea Port! Spoke with Francisco, our sales rep, over text and phone calls. Feeling secure in the transparency of the interaction we made the drive from Seattle. After only a short time we purchased our new car. (well new to us). The sales manager Mike helped work out all the details and made me feel informed and comfortable.I’ve always gone into used car sales with some sort of a feeling things are never in my favor. Luis Diaz helped us tremendously with the purchase of our new F-350 Ford truck. His knowledge of the vehicle and friendly attitude was welcoming. He showed us how to operate many settings he in the truck which we did not know were in the truck like the messaging seats.

Very unprofessional experience. The dealership promised to secure a specific monthly payment for me the next day since it was late, and we even signed paperwork stating that if they got the agreed payment, I would purchase the vehicle. The following day, they didn’t even try to follow through and sold the car to someone else without contacting me. I understand that cars can sell quickly, but making commitments and having customers sign paperwork should mean something. The lack of communication and effort was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I would recommend future customers make sure everything is finalized immediately and not rely on verbal promises.
