Seaside Auto is the best shop around! I drive an hour to go there, and they have been the most reasonable and honest shop that we have been to In recent years! I 100% recommend them! The atmosphere is extremely friendly when you walk through the door and the mechanic even explains the different components of the vehicle when he’s telling you what needs to be fixed, which is Great for me because I do not know much about vehicles. It is totally worth the drive! The owners also care about the safety of their customers and do anything they can to help you be able to fix your vehicle that day if needed. Thank you Seaside Auto!

I absolutely love this shop. I had an accident and took my car there. They fixed it up like new and you would never know it was in an accident. I highly recommend them the owner was so easy to work with.

Staff was not reliable or trustworthy. Attempted to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and the man said he would put the car on hold until Wednesday. Before Wednesday, he had sold the car to another buyer without informing me. I reccomend doing service elsewhere.

I brought my vehicle in because I was experiencing a vibration, which is often associated with a drivetrain issue such as a universal joint. Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was very disappointing. When I arrived, they had another vehicle on the lift and were unable to bring mine in for a proper inspection. Instead, they performed a quick test drive and diagnosed a “clunk” sound, which did not match the primary issue I described. After I left the vehicle with them, the wrong part was ordered twice, resulting in my car being kept for two full days longer than expected. Even more concerning, I was ultimately charged $100 more than the quoted price, and the shop performed a repair I did not authorize or request.
