All the employees are hardworking and chill. The dispatcher MICHAEL is a hurt little boy with a big boy job. And he is probably the most abusive person in a small authoritarian roll you will ever meet. I said I wanted to file a complaint against him, and he cancelled my tow. Claiming to AAA that I was screaming and swearing at a driver demanding a tow truck. I’m currently on the side of the road waiting for triple A to find me a new company for a truck. Sebastopol tow is going to remember this one.
