SEM Villa

Very clean, conservative place for independent Senior Living.

My mother lives here and is the happiest she has ever been. The grounds are beautiful and more importantly, the staff and community they have built is one of a kind. Highly recommend.

I love it. I couldn't live in Milford if it weren't for Sem Villa. The staff is committed to the well being of the residents. The grounds are beautiful. Food is great!

My grandfather-in-law lives here and this is one of the most beautiful retirement communities I've ever seen. It doesn't have that hospital-like feel that so many have. It's so pretty and it's comforting to know that they have medical staff on hand if he needs help. He seems so much happier here than at the apartment he was living previously.

My mother lived there for 1.5 years. The staff was amazing and her apartment was perfect for what she needed. We loved visiting her there and the grounds were beautiful!
