My wife and I bought a used vehicle from Sendell Mitsubishi.Our sales person Jason Byerly was a pleasure to deal with.The sales manager and finance were also very professional. We got a fair trade value on our vehicle.The vehicle we bought had a brake issue,but was taken care of by their service department very quickly.I would like to say thanks to all who helped us in purchasing this vehicle.Our car buying experience here was not painful at all. I took my 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport in for a routine inspection. Some exhaust work needed done in order for it to pass. I understand that it is an older vehicle and things are going to need done. It was the price I was quoted that is complete highway robbery. I get they don't repair exhaust and it was for replacement, but nearly $4k ridiculous. I took it to an exhaust repair shop and paid $285. If it would have had to be replaced it would have been about $1300. I'm sorry, but how can it be a quarter of the cost at a different garage. They advertise free inspections for life. Who are they kidding...free until the vehicle gets old enough that they can rip you off.

Great dealership. Trade in value was more than at other nearby dealer and for any car that I wanted to buy... not just the more expensive ones. Derek, the salesperson was knowledgeable and did not pressure to buy the more expensive model. Was very patient searching through the models to find one with just what I needed, not more features. Finance person did not pressure to buy extra warranty; she asked if I wanted it, I aid no. That was it. She even removed some fees that were unnecessary.
