The staff were all very friendly, loving and caring. The interdisciplinary team met with me twice (son and caretaker of my Dad) promptly and as soon as I asked for a meeting. The facility is clean and attractive. Mr. King, the nursing home administrator is available, super friendly, very approachable, and provided my Dad unbiased opinions on the insurances we were considering. Gail, the insurance expert, also provided us with unbiased insurance information and recommendations that would benefit my father the most. I definitely appreciated the honesty of everyone and felt they had my dad’s best interest at heart. A special thank you to the nursing staff. While my loved one was staying at this facility, I had the pleasure of seeing Breanna and Jane in action. Those two young ladies took such good care of them. You can tell they truly have kind hearts and a real calling for this kind of work. They were always gentle and patient—not just with my loved one, but with all the residents I saw them help. They never rushed, always took the time to listen, and treated everyone with respect. The facility is lucky to have these two young ladies!

I had a wonderful experience with this facility. The staff is caring, professional, and truly dedicated to their residents' well being. The facility is clean, welcoming, and you can tell the staff takes pride in providing quality care. A special shout-out to Erica in Admissions - she went above and beyond to figure out the ins and outs on Mom's insurance. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, often times speaking with me in the evening after I was off work. Erica made a difficult time much easier for my family. I highly recommend Seneca Health and Rehabilitation Center to anyone looking for compassionate and skilled care for their loved one!

Seneca HRC has met my highest expectations for years to come. The staff is friendly and good with the patients. The place is clean and orderly whenever I visit. Management is very caring and ready to assist when you have concerns especially Jimmy, NHA, JoAnne, DOR, Pam, MDS as well as Gail, BOM. Nursing and Dietary team all provide very good service. Would highly recommend this place.
