Heather Reed was not very helpful in my process. Your company was not attempting to help me with acquiring all the necessary documents they should have been requesting from the shop. It was 10 out of 10 difficult to get a rental. Cars been in the shop since March it is not June. Only 1 attempt was made to the repair shop to obtain information needed to get me a rental. I had to do a lot of the work myself. Heather barely answer my phone calls as she was always on vacation or not accepting phone calls. I had to reach out to the Better Business Bureau to leave a horrible review on the matter and I hope I never have to deal with your company again.

Dairyland Insurance is pretty much the worst Insurance I've ever dealt with when it comes to making a claim. They would not take my claim initially and when they finally did took down my claim they dragged the whole process and made it very difficult for me after my accident even when it was clearly not my fault being the victim of a drunk driver. It's been 5 months since the accident and they have yet to pay me the rest of my money. Please consider another company. They have no empathy or sympathy.

Terrible customer service. Unfortunately, a driver insured with them rear-ended me on July 20th. I can't get my assigned Claims Representative to return my phone calls. I leave messages - yet nothing about our claim or being able to move forward with getting our car fixed. You don't have any choice in the matter when you are hit by someone insured by them, but I would warn anyone shopping for an insurance carrier to steer clear. They definitely do not have your best interest at heart.

The adjusters are completely unresponsive, slack when they do respond, and lazy. They drag their feet and do not care about the people their insured’s hurt or their insureds. It’s a terrible insurance company. Don’t waste your money here. Claim # 96A016505 for example. Terrible service.

The worst experience if my LIFE!!!! RUN THE OTHER WAY. THEY WILL SELL YOU BOGUS POLICIES!!! YOU WILL NOT FIND OUT UNTIL YOU ACTUALLY NEED THEM CROOKS. APRIL TWEEDY IS A HORRIBLE PERSON, SHE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANY OF THE CUSTOMERS! I called her a out 10 times a day for weeks and never received a call back, then I started calling her Supervisor Erin Parker and left voicemail's and never received a call back. All of wanted was for someone to own up to the bogus policy they suckered me into buying. The policy of covered a $15 a day rental up to $450 max out. Mind you, you cannot rent a car anywhere in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA for $15 a day!!!!! So that leaves you paying the balance of your rental. In my case that is going to be about $450 total just for the rental. Not including the $500 d
