The service and parts department are AMAZING! They replaced my transmission. I went in on Saturday and it was completed on Thursday. EVERYONE in service was incredible! Justin the service manager was very good with answering all my questions. Very patient. Eric my service advisor was very good with communication and he gave me a loaner which helped tremendously. Heather the parts manager was very good at finding and getting my transmission. She drove to Columbus to pick it up for me! I am very grateful for the positive support and assertiveness that this service department and parts department gave me. Excellent experience!

They advised and charged me only for what really needed fix. I thought I needed new rotors and brakes, they advised they were almost like new and how they looked was normal for this kind of car. For what I did need replaced, the part was a few days late coming in, but everywhere is like that at the moment. They gave me a heads up on what I'll need soon. BTW They will rotate your tires with an oil change, so that's where I'll be going soon when I need it done. Very friendly and they don't try to rush you or push you for things you don't need. They even call and email you a couple of days later to make sure there were no issues and everything worked well. Thank you Chandler for your assistance and patience!

The service guy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I like that they give you a video of things that they find. Like most auto places, they are expensive to fix anything.

I was in from out of state. The service center took my car in and got me out in a reasonable time.
