Loved going to Serra Chevrolet here in Saginaw everyone was friendly and kept in good communication about the repairs to my car and they went above my expectations and cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I will definitely be returning to them in the future😊😊

While pricing is good here, I find the services lacking. I have my work vehicle serviced here. If I don't remind the techs, they change the oil and nothing more. I constantly have to ask to have transmission, power steering, differentials, and other fluids checked. I have had the service leader even give me some excuse as to why they don't check differentials, saying, "No one is trained to do that." During the last 2 trips through, even though I asked for lights to be checked, no one did. I won't take my personal vehicle here. I continue to experience issues with this oil change place. The most resent is that they will not top off your differentials. To get that done, you have to schedule an appointment with the regular service department. They also don't even tell you they didn't top

After doing a "quick" oil change from here, I noticed a puddle of fluid under my car overnight. It happened to be Oil leaking from the Oil pan that the folks here didn't close correctly. My mechanic has suggested not going to this place again.
