Service Center at BMW of Mt. Laurel

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with BMW. Three months ago, my vehicle (with over 100,000 miles) was towed in due to an excessive coolant leak - the car would not hold coolant at all. The repair required accessing a major portion of the cooling system (removal of the intake manifold) that I was told the labor would be approximately 8 hours. Given the severity of the leak, the mileage, and the well-documented tendency of plastic coolant components to fail under pressure over time, I questioned why other connected components in the same area were not recommended while everything was already disassembled. I was told, "Would you really have paid an extra $1000 back then?" Now, just three months later, I am being quoted to replace the oil filter housing unit - directly

Michael was the kind of person who prevents small issues from turning into big ones. He stayed on top of details and kept the customer from being left in the dark.

Coolant service light appeared on BMW dashboard and brought the car in and was serviced by Mike Midure. However, after the diagnostic test there was no coolant leak and instead they only charged a coolant refill charge of $60. Greatly appreciate the transparency and not charging the full diagnostic costs since there was nothing they could find wrong.

Excellent experience and fantastic service from both Thomas Rodriguez and Rory Gulak. Overall great buying experience.
