The experience is terrible. I always come here on Tuesdays. After each inspection, order the parts, but they don't schedule the next repair appointment at that time. I have to keep track of whether the parts have arrived, and if I haven't received the appointment by Saturday, I have to schedule it myself. Otherwise, I have to wait until Monday to schedule it, which means waiting an extra week! Each repair usually takes 2-3 weeks.

I’ve visited Holman Toyota three times in the last five weeks due to a clear and ongoing issue with my transmission. Each time, the service team ran the same computer diagnostic and told me everything was "within spec." Meanwhile, the issue persists—every time I shift gears, it feels clunky and delayed. Even the mechanic acknowledged during a test drive that the transmission feels off. What’s most frustrating is that no one offered a new approach or deeper investigation. I was handed a case summary and told to contact Toyota directly to explain the issue myself—for the fourth time. No real resolution, just repetition.
