Service Center at Sharp Automotive

Buyers beware!!! Do NOT buy a car from this place. I bought a used car from them when I was living out of state and they assured me it was serviced, inspected, and cleaned. It was never ran through their service department (confirmed in a later phone call when I noticed there was not a new oil change sticker inside), was never inspected, and was absolutely disgusting inside. Alex was the salesman I worked with and he did not care about the issues I had once I saw the car in person. I have had the car two weeks and there continues to be more and more issues with the car that would have been found if it was inspected. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Brought a old battery back from replacing it with a new one. The gentleman at parts took my receipt upstairs. And came back with a check from the core charge. Easy Peezy.

I bought a 2019 ford expedition from Sharp and I’ve never had so much trouble with a vehicle. They’ve had it multiple times for various reasons including engine work back in November. I needed a new alternator just recently and found out that the service department at Sharp didn’t bolt down my engine and there were a bunch of loose bolts everywhere. I will never buy a vehicle here again or have the service department work on it. Awful service.

Casey was great to work with. Told him the vehicle I was looking for and he listened and found it. He didn’t go for the quick deal but found the right deal.

Casey was fabulous. He was prompt to respond to voicemails, emails or text. When he was out of the office. The manager was great to respond as well. Overall, we had an excellent experience at sharp automotive.
