I asked them to take a look at a tire that has been going low on air for a few months. I was told that the tire was fine, nothing wrong with it. Two days later, tire is low again. I decided to take the car to Firestone, low and behold, the tire has a puncture on it and it's not reparable. How does a dealership service miss a simple tire puncture? Did they even test it? So dissapointed in this service! Just wanted to update that I did hear from the owner & he is looking into this and will try and rectify, I appreciate his initiative!
Im giving only 3 stars because I feel they were overpriced on the oil change

It was easy to schedule my appointment, the staff were kind and professional, and the appointment itself was quick!
