Service Center - Pegasus Chevrolet

I brought my vehicle to Pegasus Chevrolet Service four separate times for the same issue. Despite clearly explaining what the problem was from the beginning, the vehicle was misdiagnosed three different times. Each visit resulted in no real fix, and I am still experiencing the same issue. To make matters worse, I’ve been unable to get a response from the service manager. He is very personable and talks a good game, but there has been no follow-through or accountability. At this point, it feels like all talk and no action. The staff is extremely nice, but unfortunately, that does not make up for poor diagnostics, wasted time, and unresolved problems. This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had, and I would not trust this service department with ongoing or complex repairs.

They took care of all of my needs on a last minute appointment. Their service manager really helped me out.

Friendly people..had to take my wife's dodge to their body shop for repairs...they called the rental car place and the paper work was minimal...the other drivers insurance paid for the repairs
