Service Center - Sands Chevrolet - Surprise

Look at your new vehicles tires date codes, you might be surprised. I purchased 2026 new vehicle and tires date code is 0419 , thats April of 2019 , they sold me a new truck with 6-7 year old mfr tires. I replaced them and feel like GM should compensate me. Advice to others, look before you buy.

Rob was friendly and personable. Easy to track service time. Comfortable waiting area with free coffee, tea. Was great to have a clean windshield inside and out in addition to clean car interior.

Transmission flush went fine. Reasonable wait time. I think the technicians that do the multi point inspection throw out whatever they think will stick. I had an oil change 1 month ago and they said I needed new hoses and serpentine belt. This visit i need front end work and alignment. Hoses and serpentine belt checked off as ok. Take all recommendations with a grain of salt.

Lost me forever with your 3% credit card charges when paying my bill. Never been to any dealer that charges extra for credit card payments! See ya Sands Chevrolet Surprise, Az, NEVER returning! Oh and your rip off nonsense about oil change frequencies. Your oil change sticker says every 3k miles? You guys truly are the perfect example of a true “STEALERSHIP”
