Service Department - Missoula Chevrolet

Horrific Experience. I’m questioning if some of these 5 Star Reviews, aren’t bots or paid for: Here’s the Story I purchased my Chevy Equinox at a non-Chevy dealer. This is important because when I received the first alert on my cars dash screen I called my service tech. And they told me to bring it in. They looked at it the same day. Told me that the code meant the problem with my car was the turbobuster. But as they were not an accredited Chevy Dealer they couldn’t do anything, and Id have to take it to the Chevy Dealer in town. I called them to make an appointment, and they couldn’t get me in until December 29th (it was the first was December then) This posed to be a bit of an issue considering if you stress a turbo it could damage the rest of the engine and Loaner Cars are not an opt

Todd and his team helped me out of a Bind. I got trapped in Missoula. Due to def problem and they got me back on the road as quickly as possible

They got me right in for a oil change. They were finished before I need the truck. Everyone was very nice and polite.

Had my appointment scheduled and they even did itahead of time knew exactly what it was took care of it. Missoula Chevrolet has been a great experience.

Excellent experience from start to finish, per usual. The team cares and wants to make the process as enjoyable as possible.
