Service appointment easy to make and they took me in early and work was completed early. Intake person was very clear on price quoted which was what the bill was and explained what was done and what needed to be checked on next service. Great job

I loved the text communication features. It was seamless and effective. I was not offered a shuttle to my home after I dropped off the car or when I picked it up. I trust the work these the mechanics do there even though you pay more for the labor then the actual parts. I have to do more work on my car so hope I have. A good experience again thanks!

My car has been there a week- I brought it in for routine service. Steven does not return my any calls and there is zero follow up. I will never bring my car back for service (assuming I’m even able to get it back from them)

Even though the parts (transfer case and DTCM module) had to be ordered, they let me pick up the vehicle in the meantime and promised to notify me when everything comes in.
