In town for a night for work and brakes decided to go out on us. Service plus found time to get us in same day and sent us safely on our way home. So grateful for their help and outstanding customer service. Every employee was so kind and caring and they even shuttled us to and from a restaurant. Highly recommend!

Worse than car trouble while traveling is having a college student run into car troubles while traveling 6 hours home from school. Couldn’t be more appreciative of service Plus, Inc. help get them towed in and waited with him several hours after close until a ride was there to pick him up. They got him back on the road within days and kept us constantly updated knowing we were hours away.

The team here is always friendly and helpful. They do what they can to accommodate your schedule and get you back on the road.

Total ripoff. Out of town bought vehicle in Watertown. I have no tools. Service Plus said they could remove seats and a lift - 40 bolts. They billed for four hours labor, so about 10 bolts an hour. Maybe using Vice Grip instead of power tools? Paid $600 -I told them this was ridiculous and a problem. $135 hr is same as I pay back home but Ellie probably would have used power tools and charged 1-2 hours.

Don't go here. I went there for one brake rotor and one brake caliper. They told me I had to change the brand new break pads that were just put on. They also tried telling me that when you replace one rotor, you have to change all of them because they come in sets of 4.. They also told me that my oil filter was dirty. The oil change was fresh 1000 miles ago. I didn't ask them to check anything like that. They were also trying to sell me struts because my tires are shot. Fyi. My tires are wearing perfect.
