Title: Disappointing Trade-In Offer and Process as a Veteran – Salesman Bob Deserves Praise "As a 70 plus-year-old retired veteran living on a fair pension (which felt plenty comfortable five years ago but struggles with today's prices), I recently visited Team Chevrolet GMC in Scottsbluff to trade my 5-year-old Chevrolet Colorado (~68,000 miles) toward a new vehicle. I appreciated the work done on my vehicle and the associate who said it would be about an hour and 15 minutes in the shop. He was spot on! Great service!

Not impressed, they've had my truck for almost 3 months now. Can never get ahold of anyone, if they called you they don't leave messages. Even if you do talk to them it's "you're not a priority right now", or "it'll be 2 weeks". The truck was dropped off on 6/21 and it's 9/4... Can only imagine what the quality of work will be if I ever get it back.

I scheduled easily. Got in on time. Service was completed promptly and tech took ownership and answered all my questions quickly

Fast and good pointed out things that needed done but no pressure to get done right away but to set up to do them a little at a time
