I first was upset with an issue so I left a negative review, but this team made it right and did it very quickly so I apologize for the first review. I will not hesitate to recommend Service Tire Pros to anybody going they make good on what they say they will do!!!

I was disappointed with the 2 1/2 hour wait time for four tires, but the salesman were professional, and helpful. The person mounting my tires, not so much. Teamwork makes a great difference, I didn’t see much of that. Way too much overhead..

So glad I finally found a place with fair pricing nice people and professional atmosphere! I’m a pretty critical guy. I hold my own business to a high standard and I only review if someone truly deserves it. (Real bad or real good) This was great.

So I know and I’ll be the first to say I’ve had my ups and downs with this shop. Of the multiple vehicles I’ve taken there and the many jobs I’ve had done there the good certainly and most definitely out weighs the bad that some people may face when taking their vehicle to a shop. I can definitely tell you it is very hard to find a decent and honest place to go when you have vehicle problems. However, Tony and his team over at service tire pros of Moss Bluff are by far the most efficient, courteous, and the most respectful group of people I’ve ever dealt with at any shop EVERRRR. It doesn’t matter how swamped they get or how tired they are with some of the most frustrating jobs I know they may get sometimes. They always seem to keep their composure and I know it’s not easy.
