Service Tire Truck Center- Rockaway, NJ

I’m being generous with giving 2 stars because with the exception of today, they usually offer good service but specifically today I called in advance around 3pm informing them that I would be on my way and arriving at 4:15pm. The lady told me to hurry and come even through they close at 4:30. I told her that I appreciate them for waiting on me and that I would provide them with a generous tip… 30+ min into my ride, they called me explaining how they wouldn’t be able to except me. As I begged and pleaded, to no avail. I was near the Willingboro Service Tire and even drove pass the Linden Service Tire just to continue being a loyal customer of the Rockaway location since I’ve visited twice before. I also had a local mechanic waiting in Rockaway to perform a wheel alignment for me afterwards

Fast reliable service! Came in 30 mins and replaced my steering tire for a reasonable price. Paid $842 for a Firestone tire. Thanks!

I’ve been working with them for about two years and they’re the best. They took a nail out of one of my trailer tires and helped us out with some other stuff and didn't even charge us! I worked with Daniella and shes awesome, every time we need tires or service they help us out. One of the few honest shops left in NJ
