My husband was looking for a good reliable commuter car. He wanted to purchase the car with a debit card (our bank is out of state and it's hard to get that much cash on hand) At first they told him they couldn't except card and wanted a wire transfer. When my husband informed them he would have to come back another day due to our bank being closed at the time, they were then fine with excepting our card. Well the car lasted a total of 3 days before the car overheated and broke down on the side of the road. We paid out of pocket for a tow back to their shop... We are now 3 days since that incident and have not heard from the dealership ship on the status of our vehicle. 1st call "no mechanic in shop today" second call "we'll have an update by 11" 3rd call "we'll have an update by 2" Now we

We purchased a Ford truck from this company. Everything looked great, they said there was absolutely NO issues with it. We drove it off the lot and immediately 24 hours later ALL the lights turned on. We contacted them the next few days and they didn’t seem very surprised there was an issue with the truck. Their response was very unapologetic saying “welp once you drive it off the lot it’s yours, nothing we can do”. We took it to a mechanic and he said the transmission was completely gone. He explained that they most likely did an override to the truck so none of the lights would pop up immediately but the very next day it did. We sold it within just a few weeks of having it and lost 5-6K. NEVER going back to this place again. Unethical, unapologetic and no aloha for the clients they serve

These guys were fantastic to work with. I just moved to the island this week and was looking for a vehicle because rental prices are ridiculous here on the island. I went and checked out a 2000 Ford Ranger. It was pretty beat up, but I just needed something cheap that runs. I test drove it, and the truck drove nice, so we worked something out and I bought it! Only thing is, 11 miles after my purchase, on my way home, the car shut off and wont restart. I called the guys and they felt so bad.
