Swindlers, had me paying full coverage on a salvaged title vehicle thru a Insurance that shes a broker for. Had a friend that got a car from here awell. Paid 1000 to have it fixed and didn't even fix it right. Don't waste your time here
Doris raggedy car lot is terrible. They jack up the prices from the Kelly blue book value. When repair is needed and under warranty they do not fix your car at all. The lack of communication and customer service SUCKS. BEWARE DO NOT GO OR WASTE YOUR MONEY. They deserve no stars at all.
Shakespeare's Motors is and was the most thoughtful, family owned and friendly,caring car dealership I have ever had the pleasure of having business with my experience with the women who owned this establishment have been so Helpful in purchasing my vehicle from. I enjoyed the caring attitude and attention they had with me thank God for Doris, Randy and her daughter all I had a wonderful business relationship with I LOVE them all. They gave me the chance that NO ONE would ever do so, I will be eternally grateful.
Shakespeare motor is the most crooked place you can get a vehicle from. They tell you one thing and then when you get them on the phone it's something totally different. Bad business and poor customer service. My car in Kelly blue book is only worth $2444 but they are charging me $6000.
Great place to shop for a used car.
