Shammy Shine Car Wash - Greenwich Township

Horrible experience last week. One, let the employees know that its OK to not rush all the cars thru. No need to have all the cars bunched up upon exit. Two, for the top tier wash price it would've been nice if the worker sprayed the tires and/or lower side panels. Third, the rear of my car was completely missed by the brushes.

On September 21, 2024, at 4:17 PM, the car wash abruptly stopped due to an emergency stop while my vehicle was still in the middle of the wash cycle. Upon exiting, I discovered numerous chips and scratches on my car's exterior. Despite the staff initially pointing out the lack of significant damage on the surveillance footage, they advised me to wait for the manager's arrival the following day. When I met with the manager, he denied any responsibility, acknowledging only one or two scratches while disregarding the substantial damage evident in the photos I had taken both inside the car wash during the emergency stop and afterward.

I normally go to the old-fashioned car wash in Washington, New Jersey near the Inspection Station. I think they are wonderful. I never got ripped off there. I tried this new shammy shine car wash last week and I did not like it and I doubt if I’m going to go back. There were signs about sea salt Simonizing all over for an extra $5 dollars., which almost makes you feel like you have to try it at least once. There were also signs about how you should ask for your free towel… because at the end of the car wash there’s no one there with towels wiping your car down. Well, it cost me close to $25 and I drove out with spots all over my windows and the plastic bag still on the back of my windshield wiper. I tried to use the vacuums and normally the big wide bottom of the vacuum sucks up just about

Quick and smooth service. The guys in the quicklube area were really helpful and personable. I am definitely coming back for my car maintenance and wash. The entire process was great

Paid 17$ for a car washed that’s should’ve cost me 12$ I wanted to upgrade and make my car look xtra clean I got scammed because my car went through the car washer and that’s it all done car was “washed”. No hand dry nothing, my car look stained bad service
