My wife needed a minivan that could also serve as a cargo van of sorts. We decided on a model that would work best. I drive by Shamrock Auto Group each day heading to work. Everything always looks clean and professional and they had good reviews. We found one that met our needs. It was in transit, but fit our needs so I sent a deposit. Kellen let me know when it came in. Even though it was "sold" they did not cut any corners. The van was fully detailed. They had a mechanic change the fluids and go through everything mechanical. They did everything required for it to meet "certified used car" standards. This was the easiest, least painful vehicle purchase I have ever done. None of the "let meask my manager" games. Straight forward pricing and honest sales staff. I highly recommend them and

While we did not end up purchasing from Shamrock Auto Group, we will definitely consider them for our next vehicle and would recommend to family and friends. Jake from their sales team was very responsive, transparent, and answered all our questions. There were no annoying sales tactics and they promptly provided everything we asked for at a great price. Even after letting them know we had to put a pause on our next purchase, they were still very understanding and professional.
