Sharp Auto Parts

Sharp Auto has wasted over a week of my time going back and forth with parts they supposedly had. I ordered the parts waited a week for them to arrive. Once I arrived the parts were damaged and it was the wrong one that I asked for and I also confirmed with the sales person 3 times just so there wouldn’t be a mess up. I drove almost 2 hours to pickup this part just to arrive there and it’s broken and not the right one. They decided that they would send me a replacement and ship it to me instead. They called the next day and stated, we can’t sell you any parts because we have no others available. They didn’t help source another part and waisted weeks of waiting and hours of my day. I would not recommend ordering any parts from sharp auto, very unprofessional and very unorganized. They need

EDIT: I'm removed a star down to 1 star. After getting home to install said part, its the wrong one. I was given a rear drive shaft not a front. So now I will be joining the other numerous comments and begin the frustrating process of getting them to take their damaged junk back. Avoid this place at all costs. Just buy new parts or new aftermarket these people will waste whatever time and money you think you're saving. I really wanted this place to be good but it failed in every way. Part didn't ship for almost a week because one guy was out sick. I agree to come pick it up an hour from my house and when I arrive, the part is damaged in several areas. The only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1 is because of Eric in sales who did his best with what he could throughout this ordeal.

I bought a fantastic 2016 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, but it had a soft top, so the dealer I bought from contacted Larry at Sharp Auto Parts on my behalf to find a used hard top for me, sharing it would take a week or so to get. Well, Larry at Sharp Auto found one within days of my request, and it was in great shape, sending photos to make sure the top was okay. I had a few questions to make sure I would be able to install it at their shop, and Larry promptly answered my emails, and sent photos for confirmation. Once I got to Sharp, another service person named Bob kindly gave me space in one of their heated garages, helped me lift the top on, and allowed me to take as much time as I needed to finish my installation, even kindly loaning me a drill. Bought an engine from them, it turned out to not be the correct one for my car. Went in about 2-3 weeks later to return. I just explained that to the guy up front and he got it unloaded from my car and made the return very smooth and quick, no questions asked or attitude. Will def buy from them in the future.

Needed a taillight for a Ford Fiesta. Alex was great, found it cheaper than I thought, had it delivered right to me !! I work with Alex again made it so easy .
