Greetings Public I purchased this Honda Accord from them. I wouldn’t recommend buying from this dealership. Come to find out the timing chain was alter and in the pictures you can see the had adhesives on an aluminum timing cover !!! The condition of the car was not accurate. Take a mechanic with you before purchasing!!

I recently purchased a used Audi and had a solid experience. I was referred by someone else, which is one of the reasons I chose to go with them. The car is reliable, reasonably priced, performs well, rides smoothly, and is great on gas. The guys were cool, and the process was straightforward without being overcomplicated. Drove over 6 hours to look at what seemed to be a good low mileage used car…upon arrival the car was so far into a bumper to bumper lot it wasn’t able to be test driven without several cars being moved. When inspecting and starting the car the battery was completely dead. all the tires were dry rotted. the tire pressure was low. the coolant was not the right kind. radio doesn’t work. no interior lights. and there was damage to the drivers side mirror. none of that was shown or disclosed before arriving. The first salesman tried to say it was the right kind. clearly with a quick google search it was proven to him that he was in fact wrong. This dealership is deceptive, that told me + my family that they didn't care about me or my family with special needs kids, grandkids, and great grand kids. He also told me + family that he doesn't have to do anything and no one in VA could make him, I need to take him to court if I want my money back. So be it! After only having brought the car, day 1, to get them to repair 2010 Mercedes C class. Just purchased. They wouldn't exchange or repair. There is lemon law in VA. And 7 day exchange policy, 3 day to be able to be return or exchange. This was day 1. Day 2. They agree to fix it Omar management.
