Shawnee Ridge at University Park, LLC

I moved here in July 2019 coming in from the north west, Alaska, and was fortunate enough to find the perfect home. The amenities and activities offered to all of us residents are terrific. Kudos to the current staff, Kristina, Melissa and Tom, they have done a fabulous job. Tom is by far the best all around maintenance person. He knows his stuff!! They are all caring considerate kind and most of all very in tune to the residents needs and attend expeditiously to issues that arise from time to time. . Thinking of relocating to a 55+ community, think Shawnee Ridge adult community.

I toured Shawnee Ridge with my grandparents and it is a beautiful place to live! We were impressed with the group activities they had to offer, including the exercise classes and day trips. The town homes are beautiful with an amazing view of the Delaware Water Gap!

A wonderful place staffed with wonderful people. The two women running customer service / front desk are absolute angels.

I have been coming here as the hairdresser for many years. All the residents are always happy and have all wonderful things to say about Shawnee Ridge.

Nice development for seniors. Not much happening.
